Canada reinforcing predatory Rwanda policy with government-funded activists

In the midst of Canada’s predatory raw mineral extraction ambitions, The Canada Files has discovered more details on the extent of funding given to NATO-based NGOs for Africa projects. The highlight is Rwanda, where a new Canadian Embassy was established in 2022 to signal NATO’s unwavering commitment to defending the Tutsi supremacist government and its predatory war of ethnic cleansing, mineral looting, and annexation against North and South Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The general policy of NATO in supporting ethnic cleansing to achieve its goals, as seen in Gaza and the West Bank, is a long-time norm that they are attempting to force the population to accept once again.
An expose on the hypocrisy of ‘foreign interference’ concerns
Not only has Canada dished out hundreds of millions of dollars to have undue influence in the African states, but Rwanda will also get an undue level of influence on domestic politics. The ‘activists’ that the government is financing actually have close friendships with Rwandan government officials.
A good example of this shameless relationship is the International Rwanda Youth for Development (IRYD) and their direct relationship with the far-right FPR-Intokanyi and the Rwandan Government. The IRYD received an astonishing $61,000 CAD from the Canadian government, while having an active relationship with the state and holding events where Rwandan government officials are explicitly invited to be keynote speakers.
In consistency with the founding Nazi members of NATO’s grand vision of globally enforced capitalism and international racial caste, whatever hypocritical actions the majority white countries in NATO engage in, they will be right to do so as the ‘master race’. None of the defiant ‘autocracies’ should dare interfere in the politics of a NATO state, while it is perfectly permissible for NATO-based NGOs to spread their toxic ideology around the world, while propping up puppet regimes, keeping them in place, and even allowing the puppets to spread their falsehoods throughout Canada itself.
Rwanda: a recycled Israel in the Great Lakes Region
Money is disproportionately set for Rwanda and Uganda, while leaving the rest of the countries as more of a footnote, except where social manipulation is concerned, which will get a handsome contribution throughout the continent. This ‘funding’ will be a reward for the criminal ethnic cleansing in North and South Kivu, of which the West is a beneficiary, as minerals are stolen illegally and funded through the UAE to the West from Congo with no tax bill thanks to these two states.
For example, a small business program from RENEW International Canada called ‘Accelerating Regional Business Growth in East Africa’, valued at 18 million dollars, will have 50 per cent of the total funds allocated to Rwanda and Uganda, despite seven countries supposedly becoming beneficiaries.
This shows an interesting comparison to Israel, where large amounts of Foreign Direct Investment, government grants, and other benefits disproportionately go to the colony of Israel, while the neighbouring countries of Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt become nothing more than a footnote.
It becomes an explicit and shameless way of showcasing the superior location that the ‘master race’ running NATO has placed the Tutsis and Himas ruling Rwanda and Uganda respectively, which are the Ashkenazi Jews in this scenario, over the other ‘inferior races’ in the international ‘rules-based order’, or racial caste system. As a side note, the FPR also holds tours for Rwandan Tutsi to ‘return home’, much like the shameless BirthRight Israel tours.
An open secret: Millions in CAD to prop up NATO’s criminality
Canada is now allowing all of the NATO influence projects to be committed out in the open with no shame. Some of the most shocking grants from Canada to Rwanda-based projects include:
$1 million CAD for a Women’s rights conference held by US NGO Women Deliver Inc. in Kigali in 2023, while Rwanda’s proxies known as the M23 were committing mass rape of Bantu women.
An additional $30,000 CAD to the IRYD, ostensibly for providing legal services. Their ties to the government, making them a chief provider of goods and services, establishes their relationship and the ties to the Rwandan regime.
Using Building Bridges with Rwanda, in the amount of almost $45,000 CAD, to engage in social engineering of Indigenous Nations occupied by Canada.
A $37,500 CAD grant to Oriso Solutions Ltd., a for-profit corporation, to monopolise the Cloud Based computing market in Rwanda.
There will be more to come, as NATO has effectively lost West Asia and are on the cusps of losing all of Africa. Nazi ideology is also failing in Ukraine. Therefore, any desperate trick of the trade the ‘master race’ will engage in to keep their colonial possessions will involve a plethora of public funds. In panic mode, NATO’s mass theft, under the monicker of the ‘rules-based’ order, will be more and more expensive to maintain. After all, a major heist rarely succeeds using the same method more than once.
